Can see why Macy's is struggling

I can't honestly review the product because I NEVER RECEIVED IT! I also never received the replacement order after I called trying to locate my product. Customer Service made promises every time I called (6 times) but none of the promises were kept. I'm very surprised to have this level of difficulty with Macy's
