First online order a disappointment!

I have not received the Christmas Ornaments I ordered online 11/26. I received an email a few days later saying it was shipped. I checked the UPS tracking number they referenced and it showed a label was printed but the ornaments were never received by UPS. Checked by online chat several times and assured it would be shipped. Finally tried Live chat and was told a replacement was requested with expedited delivery. It’s 12/12 and I’m still waiting! I needed to receive the ornaments by December 17 but pretty sure that’s not happening. This was my first online order from Macy’s and most likely my last.
