What I ordered was not what I received

The item was supposed to be a round glass flat disc ornament. Instead, the picture was painted on a shape of a 3-dimensional Christmas tree on a rather flimsy material that will likely break. Too late for me to return it, as it was a gift to my husband-- we get a new ornament every year. Yes, I am annoyed because I expect to get the products I order. If they're no longer available-- tell the customer, don't make "unauthorized" substitutions.
