Macy’s fault

I have no problem with Bass. I ordered these shoes a week before Christmas. I needed size 11.5 wide black tassel shoes. It took a week to get them. I opened the box and found 11.5 shoes but they were regular width shows. I cannot wear this size. Someone at Macy’s picked the wrong size. It was too late to get these shoes in the right size. Frustrating.

Poor size

Not happyy with the product, Been wearing Bass/Wejuns for over 60 years, also same size on the 3rd pair that don't fit correctly. They are not made domestically any longer. Just wondering if their patterns for the shoes have changed. Also Macy's have been great on the returns and exchanges.
