Wring item and size

Originally purchased a black pair of loafers. When I received my package, the box was for the shoes I ordered but inside the box were a pair of brown oxfords. The shoes didn’t even match the color or size…. Very disappointed. Tried to take to back to the store to return but they gave me a hard time since the shoes did not match the description of the box…
