you get what you pay for

there is no way this thing could even remotely massage muscle groups in true need of such. Much more of a play toy for my dog than anything else.

Works great!

This roller works better than any other I've tried. Good for the back, legs, and even I've menaged to use it on my arms by holding it with the other arm and the leg! The balls and knobs are the right size, so it's both effective and pleasant. Finally, it's well built and rugged.

The Best Fascia Roller I've Found

At first I thought the spikes would be painful but I find this much less painful than other tools my Physical Therapist has used. This product for me bar none has effectively broken up fascia adhesions. My physical therapist is buying one for himself.

So glad I decided to purchase this massager

I was a little hesitant to purchase this pressure point massager, but after reading the reviews I decided to go ahead and do so. I am so glad that I did! I can instantly feel it increase my blood flow and the best way I can describe the sensation is like a bunch of gentle tiny points tingling on my back. I also want to mention that's very durable and high quality.

No Instructions

The instructions do not come with it, had difficulty downloading them and when I finally did, they were for a smooth stick and not the one I purchased, when I told them about it they told me I could use it the same way, don't think so, and/or I could send it back.
