Wrong size delivered

Beware of off brand

The sizing is way off. Purchased same size in Club Room and the fit was perfect. When I went to store to return item, couldn’t find item in store computer. Apparently this Brand is a backlot item. Meaning a Marshall’s item.

Not true to description

Not sure why it is described as flex. These are not like other sporty shorts that stretch with activities. No give in waist or fabric. Other products from Macy's are better.

Stingy on cut, pocket opening, and pocket size

I've only worn them once, but they seem to be quality fabric. I'll wait to see how they do after being laundered. My issue is how trim they are cut and how REALLY small the pocket openings (and pocket depths) are. I bought big and tall shorts, but I cannot easily put my hand in my pocket because of how small the pocket openings is.
