Bait & Switch

I visited a brick and mortar Macy’s store and saw the desired shirt in person before placing the online order. I clearly purchased a “pinstriped” dress shirt - What I received was a “checked” shirt that there’s little resemblance to the shirt that I ordered. This is the problem with online shopping and poor customer service.. Now I must go through the trouble of returning the shirt and the desired shirt is no longer available online! Not a good thing for a retailer struggling to stay in business!
