Garbage

I ordered 3 shirts 3 pants and 2 shorts and I never received my order. I call customer service and they have no idea where my clothes are or when they are coming. They didn’t even wanna refund me. Horrible customer service horrible company. It’s a shame they work with Macys. Macys employees can’t even help me saying they don’t know if my clothes are lost or still waiting to be delivered.
