You guys send to me the wrong color

I take very good care of my clothes.. I washed it in cold water, air dried and it shrunk up terribly! Very poor quality.. very disappointed..

I got the shirt for my husband to wear to my sons wedding and it fit him perfectly. It looked great with his jacket and slacks.

I ordered navy and burgundy and assumed color is solid. The navy shirt has solid color. But the burgundy shirt.is plaid of burgundy, black, and white. Other than that, This shirt is nice, true to size.

The Galaxy By Harvic Men's Slim-Fit Short Sleeve Dress Shirt I received is different than shown in the shirt's macys.com item page. The picture showed a green shirt with orange trim about the collar. I received a shirt with black trim. Also; the shirt I received has a defective horizontal seam on its back side. There is a ~3 inch hole where the seam is not complete. Also of note; this shirt is rather long and appears to be designed for being worn tucked into pants. The shirt looks excessively long when worn untucked. Macy's customer support has been very difficult to reach via telephone and I have not yet found a way to email customer service or report the problems online. The Macy's telephone system says it is available until 10:00PM ET, but it could not connect me to an agent at 8:00PM ET. It is very difficult and frustrating trying to contact Macy's customer service for help.
