I never received what I ordered. I ordered this jacket two times and both times I was sent the wrong color and the wrong size. When I called customer service they processed a return and resent the wrong jacket yet again. I have never experienced this type of problem with ordering from Macy’s online in the past so this was disappointing for me. I am frustrated and considered never ordering from Macy’s again. This would be unfortunate for me because I love shopping at Macy’s. Please be aware if your order arrives to you incorrectly, it’s probably because the warehouse is out of stock however, instead of informing the customer of this, you will be sent a replacement without your consent. Happy Shopping!
Don’t Bother
First, I was sent the wrong size completely. It’s like someone decided to choose whatever size they wanted to mail and sent it on its way. I ordered a blue xxl, and was sent a red large coat. Also, it smells horrible, looks cheap, and there is hardly no fur on the hood. Going straight back.
