The zipper is extreemely difficult to zip

The zipper does not work, now I have to got to the effort to return it. I wanted to get a warm winter coat before soccer season starts (spring in my state). Now I will have to return this, won't have the coat in time and there probably will be limited to no inventory to get another one so I am very disappointed.

Parka

Heavy indeed! Best for wind storms and brittle cold. Love the coat wish it were other than brown. Fits like a polar bear hug. If you’re a seamstress of sorts, You may want to attached a button and elastic to keep the hood from unzipping on its own . Sometimes the hood comes unattached. The fur is detachable which is good though the quality of fur is unattractive. Other than that it’s worth the value priced. Enjoy

do not buy this coat

this is the most expensive lousiest coat I've ever bought. the zipper is like steel and difficult to get it to align to zip on. the hood come off your head. none of the fasteners to tighten work. it's horrible. don't waste your money. the pockets are not warm

zipper does not work properly

This jacket is very attractive and fits me well. It's also very heavy. However, this is the second one I ordered and both do not zip. The zipper is cheap and doesn't work well. I would have kept it, if not for the zipper.

Don’t Buy It

Purchased the coat in June while coats were on clearance. Now it’s January and it’s FREEZING 3* outside and the coat Zipper won’t zip. Macys policy said I missed the return window. Sorry I never thought to try on a Winter Heavy Weight Coat in June July or August. A complete waste of money. I wish there was a 0 star
