Cheap product swap - not what I ordered

I was expecting sweatpants, but instead I received pants made of cheap, thin polyester fabric. Also, the label said Black Ice instead of Galaxy By Harvic. This is the second time that I have experienced a cheap product swap with this brand. Very disappointed and I will be returning them.
