almost perfect

These are beautiful but even tho well packed one of the ears on the mouse was broken. Luckily my husband was able to repair it but we feel it was broken before it was packed. There would be no other way it could have broken off. Macys please look into the the shipping and packaging of ur products. I would have given it 5 stars otherwise.
