calling about purchace

I called about bed and was the worst i have ever had i didnt understand her I talked to three different people they said i didnt order the bed on and on never made any sence i have never had so much trouble with macys end of story i hung up on them wish i could understand what their saying really bad i will never call about a order Good Luck like the bed just dont call about an order

Missing several pieces

Its a cute bed, however our set is missing parts labelled 8,9,10 as a result we were unable to assemble the bed fully!! So disappointed.

pretty and perfect childs bed

soft headboard with concealed lighting. pretty white and pink headboard and frame. The drawer is not on rails. Sits close to the floor for child safety. My granddaughter is 2. We purchased the full size and our full size mattress fits perfectly. We still are unable to get the musical part of the bed to activate. I would suggest this childs bed and would purchase again.
