Very Disappointed – Missing Parts

Iam very disappointed with this purchase from Macy’s. When the chairs and table arrived, multiple parts were missing, making them impossible to assemble or use. This is completely unacceptable. Quality control was clearly lacking, and the experience was frustrating and time-consuming. I expected much better from Macy’s, and this situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience. I would not recommend these chairs and table to anyone. Be aware that your order may arrive incomplete.
