Comfy, soft and great length. They do have an elastic waistband, but no drawstring - which I prefer.

I love these so much, not restrictive on my belly, perfectly loose enough to sleep in but could run to the store in as well. I am 5,7 and 120 lbs, the small is perfect, even the length is perfect.
