plants not growing

I bought this plant light in February of 2022. It states the lights are replaceable. Nothing came in the box except the light. It’s worked great until now. I cannot find the replacement lights anywhere and can’t find a part number. So it worked 8 months and if I cannot find bulbs to replace when they burn out it was not a good buy.

Product was extremely cheaply made. The lights would not hold themselves up and point to the direction I needed them to. After owning them for a month they stopped working.
