I love this spray!

I love this spray! It's fantastic for a quick energy boost, as it takes the edge off the sleepies and tastes delicious. It does have a little bit of a vitamin flavor, but it's covered pretty well by a sort of sweet-tart type taste. It is vegan, organic and food based, for easy absorption and no belly ache

Great tasting and effective

I could feel a difference in my mental clarity within days of using the B 12 spray. Of course it tastes great, and the single spray is user friendly - doesn’t stick, straight spray. I’ve been using it every other day in the mornings. This supplement and the vanilla chai Protein powder has been a game changer for me:+1::skin-tone-4:

Like it

Tastes great, no side effects, it works, the dosage is optimal, and there are no weird additives or extra unnecessary vitamins. Also it’s methylcobalamin which is more natural for the body! Works for me!

Works

Being vegetarian for 20+ years, I found recently that I was feeling tired often. Turned out my B12 was low. I used this once a day and after 3 months had my bloodwork redone and it brought my B12 levels back to a normal healthy range. Simple, easy and effective, with no side effects.

I was disappointed because the

I was disappointed because the one I had prior to my order did not require refrigeration. No where on the product does it say refrigerate. This product looks exactly the same as my older product, except it says to refrigerate.
