helped improve lipid panel results (along with diet change)

I drastically changed my diet at the same time I started taking CoQ10-Chia Oil. Cholesterol went from 240 to 183. Triglycerides went from 266 to 146. LDL went from 148 to 110. I generally felt better after starting this supplement. I cannot tolerate statins. Also took Garden of Life Resveratrol and ate lots of seeded grapes and used grapeseed oil for cooking and salads. I cannot say which action provided the most effect but I am happy with my results.

Best Raw CoQ10!!

I used to take these faithfully about 3 years ago. I started because I was starting to get Angina and palpitations in my heart. From a suggestion from my heart doctor, he said to start taking a CoQ10 tablet, once a day. He knows I do not believe in prescription medication. I did my research and found Garden of Life Raw CoQ10 had the best ingredients. After taking it for one full month, daily, my Angina was gone and so were the palpitations. I stopped taking them after one year, because I was feeling fantastic. Well, about 4 months ago, my Angina was acting up again and so were the palpitations after not taking CoQ10 for one year. I've been taking them daily for the last month, and the symptoms are gone. Please, please consult with your cardiologist before you start taking these. I'm just sharing what happened to me after I started taking these fabulous Raw CoQ10.

Best CoQ10!!

This COQ10 is the best I have found and tried. It's raw so your body absorbs it efficiently and there's no artificial ingredients. Great job GOL!!
