Love Vitamin Code quality
I trust the quality of Vitamin Code products so adding this B-Complex to my regime made sense. Not only are the B vitamins high quality, but so are the other ingredients - plus no animal ingredients. The packaging is great - the glass jars ensure that the product remains fresh. Further, the capsules are easy-to-swallow and I don't get any odd aftertaste when taking them.

My Favorite B-Complex Ever
Hands down the best B-Complex I have taken simply because of the raw quality ingredients plus the addition of the organic fruit & vegetable and probiotic & enzyme blends. Easy to swallow capsules and easy to digest I can take one on an empty stomach with no issues. I love Garden of Life for providing a formula with raw whole food and most important to me Non-GMO nutrients.

This B-Complex is great!
This is hands down the best B-complex I have taken. I appreciate the vegan capsules and the high-quality formula I have come to expect from this brand. With winter upon us, I have felt a bit lethargic and needed a boost while also giving my immune system extra support. This is helpful for colds and flu and because of high pollen counts that cause bad allergy problems. I have found that taking the B-vitamin complex gives me energy and supports my metabolism, giving me the added support I need when my seasonal allergies have me down.

No major side effects
I have been taking the pills every morning for about 2 weeks now, and I honestly haven't noticed much difference in my metabolism or energy level. I know that sometimes these supplements take a while to create a noticeable change, so I'm going to continue taking them in the hopes that they will eventually work. This is my first experience taking something that is specifically for metabolism/energy, so I'm not sure if I should've noticed a change yet or not.

Hangover cure!
A friend told me to take a B vitamin supplement to avoid hangovers. I had my doubts, but I tried these anyway. I'm happy to report that it actually works! I recommend these and would definitely buy again.

good combo of B vitamins
I like how each dosage is more than recommended daily amount to help make sure you get exactly what you need, and then luckily they are water soluble so you just pee extra out. Easy to swallow and haven't noticed any difference but I assume it takes a while to notice any difference.

Increase in energy
I recently started taking the Garden Of Life Vitamin B-Complex vegan capsules. I have noticed an increase in my energy level. I find them relatively easy to swallow and they have not caused any stomach upset. I will be purchasing these in the future.
