I've been using the

This is the only

This is the only iron I've ever taken that doesn't upset my stomach, even at three times the normal dose. You can take it with or without food, which is really convenient. Must take this iron when you are pregnant and baby milk feeding. It is easy to take and non GMO. 23 organically grown fruits and vegetables add supporting antioxidants, vitamins and nutrient cofactors.

Iron Capsules

raw iron is the best iron

My gynecologist recommended I start taking raw iron as a way to combat my chronic anemia. I tried for years on and off to take the "traditional" iron supplements, but always stopped because of the stomach upset and constipation. I am so thankful for her recommendation, because the raw iron is amazing. I have no stomach upset, no nausea and no constipation. I am on a 90 day program and will have iron levels checked to see how they worked for my body. Thank you for this wonderful product!
