natural and vegan

I have bought these vitamins for years and really tell a difference when I don’t take them! I love that they are flood blend and have natural nutrients, has 20 vitamins that your body needs daily!

Good vitamins

Too much Iodine

I love that these are organic and have 10mcg of Iron, however, I have to stop taking them because they have 100% of the iodine we need as adults (because I use iodized salt and already get enough iodine). If these did not have iodine, I would continue to use them.
