Sent shoes back never worn in orig box too small

these shoes ran a bit short so unfortunately I had to send them back to Macy's. However, they sent them back to me and said they were not Macy's merchandise. I have all of the information to verify they indeed are. Crazy situation I have not ever run into with a Macy's online order.
