They were too narrow

Too narrow

These run very narrow. I wear a 9 medium width, I can barely get my foot under the straps. I’m hoping if I wear them around the house they may ease up. The length is correct so I doubt going up a size will help. I can’t get ahold of customer support to ask for an exchange so I may have to return. Price went up so I don’t want to order a different size. These are very stylish regardless of fit. I hope this helps.

Pretty and comfortable

Really nice shoes. Out of several pairs that I bought, this one is definitely a keeper. Soft top, does not get into your feet. The heel is not too high, not too low, and is pretty comfortable for someone who cannot wear high heels anymore. True to size. I bought 6M in white and am thinking about buying another pair in different color. Price is also very appealing, especially, after 30% off :). Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, and my 17 y.o. approved and said she will wear them too.
