Unable to use！

Very bad! I bought this coffee machine imported from the United States in Chinese Mainland, but the first time I used it, the E4 error code was displayed. Every time I used it, it failed to work normally. I searched the official GE website and didn't find the reason or reply. I hope the customer service can help me solve this problem, or I just bought a waste product!

Love stronger coffee

I like the fact that I can set the coffee pot up for the morning, to brew before I get out of bed. It has the feature to set it for a stronger brew; that was very appealing to me because I don’t have to use more grounds to get a stronger brew. I think it is a good unit for the price.

A Charcoal Filter Is a Must!

I had a GE Coffee Maker several years ago that, unfortunately, was broken during a move. It made the best coffee. I've had other coffee makers since but none of them made good coffee. Since I have soft water where I live, and did when I had my first GE, I assumed this was the reason the other coffee makers weren't producing good coffee. I actually stopped making coffee at hone because of this, and switched to tea. Then I remembered my original GE had a charcoal filter. None of the others I've owned had this feature. I just purchased this GE with the charcoal filter and it made a delicious cup of coffee! As a coffee lover, I am thrilled! With all of the features, this coffee maker is the best.

Coffee maker Bad Market Design

I purchased this coffee maker lasted month. I am disappointed with the configuration of this device. My coffee is not tasting like it should taste. Is so many configurations that's interacting with each other? And it's just not producing good coffee that one should have. I'm disappointed with this device someone send me a message how to improve my coffee outcome. Even decal comes up at anytine. That means it wants to clean. I already did 2 days ago. This device should have not passed inspection for marketing. Okay🤔😲

Buying GE coffeemakers for years

I have been buying GE coffeemakers for years now and I have bought different models. They all work well except the one with the temperature control. Tried lowering the temp on the hot plate and it didn't work well.

Started great ended horribly

We’ve had this machine for a year and a half. We enjoyed the coffee until it started acting weird. It would say brew is complete as soon as we started the coffee. Still, it would brew a nice batch. Recently, it started taking hours to brew even after proper cleaning. Now, it won’t even brew. We have properly cleaned it on a regular basis (at least once a month). Very frustrating experience.
