Convenient smoker for small meals

Good for small meals. Used with chicken breasts so far. Smoke Flavor is surprisingly strong for a 3 hour smoke. I would prefer the clear smoke option to be faster as it takes 9 mins. I would also prefer a higher temp than 300 for faster cooks with less smoke.

Max Temperture too low

Not able to reach 350 F so the stove will not render fat. This hobbles a lot of cooking styles as one cannot crisp up bacon or skin on fowls.
