Wrong color

Macy’s should be ashamed of, after waiting weeks, I received a completely different color of necklace. I ordered the green. The person that packaged this should be reprimanded. It is unacceptable to wait this long to receive a dark, almost black, item when it clearly says on the packing list and in all other detail of the order that it should be the EMERALD GREEN necklace. I’m so disappointed and sad. It should be known how negligent and careless your staff is.

Clasp problems

Came home from work so excited for my new necklace. It had a lovely box and white fabric envelope. I opened the box and envelope but couldn't get clasp to open. I hopped in the car and returned it immediately. I didn't want to force the clasp and break it. So it went back. It was pretty and delicate and I wish I would have been able to wear it.
