This order was supposed to be at the store for pick-up two/2 days ago; but it appears to still be processing and maybe in transit. At this point it is too late for me to give it as a gift on my wife's birthday; I am hoping that I willl have it in hand to give it to her at her birthday celebration this Saturday (in 3 days). This delay is unsatisfacrory.

Very pretty Amethyst earrings that had a lot of sparkle. Though I would have preferred a larger stone the earrings are a great value for the price.

Misrepresented the item

Unfortunately I have to say after shopping at Macy's for over 35 Years that I'm very disappointed. I've been buying jewelry from you for years. In this case the item looked like it was a carat and in fact it's probably a 1/4 carat. I paid the same amount for 1 carats in September/October. I feel that you ads were misleading and would like to return them for a full refund if someone can tell me how. I can take them to my local Macy's if need be. Very disappointed....
