Not worth the price tag

Came in a small pouch and cardboard box. For a gold plated silver piece of jewelry, there was no label to identify materials used. The item itself doesn’t look bad, but doesn’t look expensive either. A little small so hard to put on. I returned it.

Wrong color

The earrings are supposed to be gold color- 14k gold plated sterling silver. Both pairs I received are white gold - silver colored. If I return and reorder- would I receive the same?
