Wrong Item Delievered

This is the second time I have received a Genevive product shipped by Czc Global Distribution that I was not pleased with this year (2025). In this case, the item purchased was NOT the item I ordered. (Gold tone. NOT the pink that I ordered.) The last purchase issue I had was packed and shipped damaged. (Necklace was clearly twisted and packaged in that state) Fool me once, shame you. Fool me twice, shame on me... You shall not get the opportunity to fool me again. (You will not get any more of my good money.) You all need to implement a better QA process.

Beautiful ring

This ring is very pretty! It is very sparkly and a nice size stone in the middle that also sparkles nicely. I wear it with a small stacking ring that has small diamonds on it and the two rings together look amazing! I love this ring and it’s a great dupe when you don’t want to wear your good jewelry.
