Sale Shoes

I ordered the Gentle Soul boat shoes under the assumption I could return them if necessary. There was no “final sale” when I ordered them. I’m very disappointed. Macys has always been so good about returns in the past. I will be much more careful now about my business with them.

Great boat shoes but run large

These boat shoes are a nubuck type of leather (not a smooth leather). So they can’t be polished. I ordered my usual size, 8 1/2. The shoes are a size US 8 1/2 - EU 39 1/2 - UK 6.5. Order 1/2 a size down from your usual size. US size 8 1/2 usually translates into EU size 39, not 39 1/2, and UK size 6, not 6 1/2. The sizing is why I gave them 4 stars & not 5.
