Cool but stopped working after a couple days

Received as gift that had been purchased from Macys. Wouldn’t honor defect after 30days. Company representing Geoffrey’s Toy Box(maker) would not replace even though I was told there was 90day warranty. MerchSource(distributor, I guess) said can’t help because out of stock…but Macys is still offering for sale.

Broken! And Macy’s return policy is awful.

We loved Reddy but a small gear in the motor burns out. Our son loved it so much we tried to replace it but the second one just wouldn’t even turn on, like completely nonresponsive, and Macy’s will only give you store credit even for something that arrives broken.

Filthy!

I ordered 2 of these online and when I opened them the boxes and toy inside are covered in black dust! Wish I could include a photo! I’m obviously going to have to clean them before gifting, and of course wash my white comforter that I set them on before realizing they were so dirty! Not sure how they work yet so gave 1 star based on presentation.
