Not happy at all

I ordered this 12/3/25 with another item and a free stuffed Garfield. Since then there has been NO updates on my app or on line about these three items!!! It still states “ processing and now it is 12/14!!! And each time I call customer service I get a delivery date then it doesn’t arrive , call again and get another delivery date . Over and over!!! What is wrong with Macy’s !!!!!! I have NO idea what any of the items I bought really are like until I receive them !
