AI wants to write this this review. But guess what AI? You don't have feet. Me? I got feet. I got the EE Size 12 Georgia Boot Core 37 11" Pull On's too. They came professionally packaged and I'm a sucker for a good box, so...thanks Georgia, I'm sure I'll find a space and a use for said quality box. Out of the box, the boots felt lighter than they looked. Quality leather, tight and perfect stiches, correct smell (don't act like you don't know what I'm talking about), great color and rugged look and exactly the sole height and construction I need for the workshop. I was prepared for and had my mind right for a full-scale reenactment of a low-budget 70's Kung Fu movie in my first attempt to put the boots on my hoofs. There's been precedent. What I got instead was Meadowlark Lemon swishing a basket from the top of the key...backwards. Yo, the slide-in was so easy I was afraid they'd fall off. Then my foot sank into their centimeter of sweetness sole and as the leather warmed, the fit, security and comfort were remarkable. I wore them for 12 hours today, on my feet in the workshop. Fresh. Out. Of. The. Box. I hear you nodding out there. You know that's pretty remarkable for what is essentially a quality bargain boot. Quality but not made out of armadillos and diamonds. Today's work and the fact that the lovely and elusive Autumn, my wife, commented while we sat on the front porch watching the migrating ducks fly funny at sunset. She goes, "Hey, are they your new boots?" "Yeah.", says I. "Wow they look great! Like already broke in!" she says. I just nodded my head, took a swig of my Diet Coke and squinted into the horizon. Yup. Like already broke in.
