They don't hold up for long term use.

My boots are admittedly a bit older. I think I'm on my third winter season. I only wear them in the cold snowy weather. The soles are modestly worn but the leather has held up well. The tread is wearing thin but there was enough for one more winter. My issue is that the sole under the ball of the foot has split straight through and across on both boots. Allowing snow and water to get in from underneath. I'm not sure what the sole is made of but its definitely brittle after two winters. For comparison I have a pair of steel toed boots from another brand that are going on 11 years old being resoled only once. I think I'll go back to that brand. I will add, however, that these boots are comfortable and do keep your feet warm as long as your feet are able to stay dry.

Uncomfortable

Have had my boots for less than a year, and they are very uncomfortable around my toes! Great insulation, and waterproof.

This is my third pair and are the best boots I have ever owned. No break in time. Just put them on and go.

Good winter boot…

So far so good. Initially orders size to big, but they made it very easy to return. I received my new pair 3 weeks after I sent the big size back. They are comfortable, seem to be water proof, and warm. I normally wear a 9.5 in boots, but I am a 9 in this model. They will be a good winter boot.

I like the price. I like the quality and I like the prompt shipping. The boots are a half size too big though.

Well made

Well made, but the fit is narrow. Soles are semi aggressive.

Nice boot

A little stiff at first but once broke in it’s really comfortable. Insulation is just enough to keep your feet warm without making them sweat.
