little girl pull on shorts

Package started out in South Carolina-twice, Indiana-twice, Colorado-twice, California-twice, back to Indiana. 4 weeks later I still don't know where the package is and has not been delivered. Way to go USPS. I can not rate the little girls shorts because I have not received them yet. USPS gets an -1 in my opinion. BTW I live in Ohio
