Do not buy this self adjusting chain.

I have never had bad experience.with jewelry purchased before. I wore this twice and the ring on the slide broke off. Now there is no way to clasp it on. The ring was also so small it was hard to put on. Very disappointing.

Timeless Beauty

Design change makes no sense

I have purchased a handful of these over a few years and have absolutely loved them - was the only chain I was using. Recently one broke and I got another to replace it, but the new one has a different clasp design that makes it impossible for a normal sized pendant to fit over it - you either have to put it over the clasp, or over the adjuster. I took it to Macy’s to exchange, thinking it was made wrong, and turns out every one they had in store was the same. The photo shown in the stock images online is the OLD clasp. It was past the return window so I’m stuck with it, but will definitely not be buying them again. Very disappointed, and confused why GB would change their design to something that makes zero sense.

Love the chain!

I have owned this chain (in silver) for almost 8 years. I have worn it almost every day, with a small cross on it. It has finally discolored. I have no complaints. I am reordering a replacement today. It has a nice weight and is easy to adjust.
