Liked it! How do I get straps repaired?

I like all the compartments but the straps got cracked so I'm hesitant about purchasing another.

An all-time favorite of mine

Love this purse. I have purchased it before in other colors. My only issue is the leather straps tend to wear out too soon.

Very happy with this bag

I love totes and this is the perfect size. I have a few big ones but being retired they are too big and not necessary for me anymore. I’m glad however that I got it for half price because you can definitely tell it’s not a high end bag not even worth full price IMO. I will use this all summer and definitely into winter. It’s for all 4 seasons which is great. Also, many compartments and a zippered one in the middle along with the top having a zipper to close.

Cracked purse handle

Ordered with no issues quick delivery on March 23 but by April 8 one of the purse handles had started to crack, see attached picture. I will be returning the purse.

Nice looking bag Unfortunately inside poor quality

Looks nice BUT inside lining poor quality. I used the bag twice. I carry very little a wallet a lip stick and sun glasses, the inside lining tore open with only 2 uses. Very disappointed. I trusted the name but it failed me. So sad pocket book sits in the closet.
