easily tarnished

It was a very nice necklace till the plated gold was tarnished. I cleaned the tarnish with a jewelry cleaning cloth, but its golden color cannot be restored. Without bright light, it now doesn't look like a gold necklace anymore.

Pretty nice

This is a nice thick sturdy chain. My husband complimented on it and thought it looked expensive. He didn't know I bought it on sale for under twenty five dollars. It has great textures, not shiny, not dull either. I like the 18" length and it's thickness. Width is a little less than 3mm(my guess) , kind of the same width as the Giani Bernini 'Mariner' 18" chain. Minus one star for it looking a bit more yellow than other Giani Bernini 18k gold plated sterling silver chains I own. Hope this helps.
