The Chain Broke the Very First Time that I Wore It

I realize that this is a thin chain, but... The chain broke the very first time that I wore it. As chains do, the chain slid and the clasp had fallen to the front, I reached up to turn it around, and the chain just broke. And one of the Cubic Zirconias is missing.
