BUYER BEWARE

The first pair of dolphin earrings I received had bent posts due to how the earrings were shipped (in a flimsy, lightly padded envelope...not protected in a jewelry box). I called to request a replacement pair and AGAIN the posts were bent since the earrings were shipped in the very same manner. I had told the Macy's rep of how badly the earrings were shipped the first time I called. THEN when I initially opened the flimsy mailing envelope and the plastic baggie the earrings arrived in I noticed the decorative, sparkly part of the dolphIn POPPED OFF of BOTH earrings!! I give up. I have never had issues with earrings by this company before, so I am completely DISAPPOINTED.
