Who packaged these for delivery?

These are cute but delivered in a plastic sleeve in an envelope so earring post was crushed. Earrings are a little smaller than I thought but I would have kept them if they were packaged properly and not damaged.

Cute, but really small. I have many other earrings from this collection, however these were smaller than the rest. Additionally, there were no white circles around the eyes
