Quality needs improvement

While the earrings LOOK nice, they are not the quality I am accustomed to when purchasing from Macy's. The earring backs are a little heavier than aluminum foil. One of the backs came bent and was very loose and would not stay on the earring. I am highly disappointed in the quality.
