Great Product, Bad Presentation with no Wow!

The silver anklet I ordered was perfect and and what I was looking for in a gift. Though, I have to say I was disappointed when my package arrived. The "Macy's" name is a historical staple and (what I think) known for its class. Well, the anklet arrived in a padded delivery bag, but without a box. When I spoke with customer service, the response was "that's just the way they come". Come on, Macy's gotta be better than that!
