PRODUCT AND SHIPMENT ISSUES

Beginning to have problems with consistency of products received - - The second product that I did not receive was the heart, and this shipment contained a sterling silver ankle bracelet instead of the gold-plated sterling silver ankle bracelet. I still love Macy's and hope that shipping operations get worked out.
