Rivet is missing

Hello I've been a customer of Macys for many years now and this is the first time this has happened. I love Gianni Bernini handbags because they are very compact for my daily use. This time I noticed that the rivet is missing on one side of the bag. I'm very disappointed that something like this happened.

For a large pocketbook there wasn't enough room inside and the pockets pushed against each other.
