Unhappy with purchase

I have been using this purse for 6+- months. The leather on the body of the purse is still in wonderful condition. However, the material on the handles is coming apart and looks terrible. This is occurring where the strap attaches to the purse and also at the top of the strap. I specifically purchased a LEATHER bag, but apparently they use vinyl on the straps. I did not start using the purse for a few months after purchase. I also purchased another purse by the same maker which I have not yet used. It is probably past a return date to the store, but I am afraid it will do the same thing. Would appreciate hearing from someone at Macys, or the manufacturer.

misrepresentation

I’ve had this purse for 9 months. I have not used it often. It has nice compartments for organization. It IS NOT; however, leather. The handle has begun to separate and you can see that it is most certainly a man-made “pleather”. Shame on Macy’s for representing this purse as made of leather.

great disappointment in bag.

I absolutely hate this bag. It is small and not large and I was disappointed int he size. Just an ugly bag and I do not like it.

Pocket book

Leather is very soft and good quality. Nice size and light weight. I like it. Price is very good. I like the color.
