Wrong Color

The picture had a black purse, as you can see; but, a white purse is what was sent. It specified no return also. Therefore, the picture should match the merchandise.

Ordered the Black bag and the white one came.

I choose the black bag but I got a white bag. Not off white, not anything I would use. Brilliant white. Picture shows a black bag. However, I'm now noticing the description says white. It says you can't return it.
