Cheap zippers

Bought this bag to carry to work. I am disappointed in its construction. The zippers are not high quality. The top zipper is not smooth at all, I struggle to secure it every time. Also, within days of receiving this bag, the short zipper on the front compartment broke and is stuck in the middle, pouching open on either side. The bag is lightweight due to being nylon, but I will likely never buy a nylon bag again. I work in a hospital and hang my bag in our (locked) breakroom. This one looks cheap hanging next to the bags/backpacks of my colleagues. Although I had taken measurements, this one is not quite big enough to accommodate my papers. Wish I hadn't purchased it.

I wanted something with a couple zipped pockets and also a zipper to close the entire purse. This purse is light and easy to carry
