Handle broke

I bought in May 2021. Stitching came undone on handle after 7 months. I barely carried anything in it and usually used shoulder strap. Taking back to Macy's. They should replace.

Great Looking Bag

The style and color bend. I haven't used it yet, smaller than I would prefer. It has the compartments and zippers everywhere, and I like that. It's just a little smaller than I would prefer, but I like it. Just have to carry less stuff.
